Game Usagi has recently been suffering from incredibly low traffic and lack of support from it’s staff (me). I figure that this is because I am simply trying to fill a hole in gamer’s lives that is already adequately filled by sites like GoNintendo, QJ.net, and MaxConsole.net. Thus some changes must take place at Game Usagi if we are to survive the long-haul and become a viable gaming/Nintendo website. Thus, this explains the new poll that we have in the side. It’s there to help us discover what is missing in your gaming-news life that we could provide for you on a daily basis. If you have any other comments or suggestions, feel free to send them via email to one of our staff members (me preferably) or leave them in the comments section. Thanks.

I have an idea, how about updating more than once every other week!!!
seriously, frequent updates are what draw me to sites like 4colorrebellion and Joystiq. Even if you don’t have “news”, post something gaming related like game impressions, fanboy rants, videos of you pwning someone in Halo, that cool trick your nintendog did last week, future predictions, gameguides, contests, editorials about the state of the industry, rumours, reviews, advice, I could go on and on. There must be something more in your video game life than game release dates.
besides, I’ve already told you this would happen when you first begun, your site has to be more than the typical, inject some unique elements and impress us.

The site is quite dece. The only reason I haven’t been coming on more is because my computer wouldn’t let me and now I am working at camp. But man, I will totally be coming on here more often when I get back. So UPDATE OFTEN!!! UPDATING more will totally make me come here lots, so do it.
But your site is still good, it just needs time to become noticed. So by UPDATING more you will be noticed faster.
As you can see, I am a big believer in UPDATING OFTEN, I’ll try and tell all my gaming friends to start coming here also, I think they’d like it. Then more people will be coming through and you will have more traffic, which will make you happy.

The point of this post is to explain that you don’t really need regular daily news updates from us, because there’s 150,000 other sites online that do that as well, and do it more dependably. I wanted to know what else would make Game Usagi unique — what hole in the online video game world that we could fill.
