About
Game Usagi is run by gamers, for gamers. We hope that our passion for video games, as well as other otaku-oriented pursuits, will make your day a bit easier as you go looking for the the best games on the market. We’re here to play the games before you do, to tell you what you’ll be getting when you fork over your $40 – $70 for the newest releases. Life is too short to play bad games.
The administrator of this site is Logan Predy (Miyamoto), he is a fourth-year Computer Science student, and hopes that some day his passion for video games will develop into a career as a part of that illustrious industry.
For those of you that don’t know much Japanese, an usagi is a bunny, plain and simple. This should explain our awesome logo for anyone who was wondering.
Site Lingo:
Warren Review (WR): a review done after completion of the entire game giving a good overview of what the game is truly about. Named after usagi warrens which are deep, like these reviews.
From the Underground (FtU): the suggestion of a game that most people may have missed, but that we thoroughly enjoyed.
Kit Review (KR): a review of a smaller mini-game or iPhone/iPod Touch game/app. Named after baby usagi (kits).
Usagi Factor: in our reviews, a game’s “Usagi Factor” is its general enjoyability and longevity. Whatever charms in a game that make you want to not only finish them, but go back and play through again are part of a game’s Usagi Factor.
Thanks for stopping by, and make sure to check out our forums too, for more video game discussion.
