Usagi3 and WWDC Conference Times [update]

Tuesday, May 31st, 2011

[Update:  Added links to available live video streams of conferences.  We’re linking the official streams where available and the Gamespot streams, as in the past Gamespot has proven to have the quickest streams.]

In slightly less than a week’s time we’ll know all about Nintendo’s next home console, the 3DS eShop, Sony’s next portable console (NGP or PSVita?), and… well Microsoft will have something presumably.

Apple is also holding WWDC at basically the exact same time as the Microsoft E3 press conference, so we’ll get to learn about the next iterations of iOS and OSX too.

We’ll be liveblogging at least the Microsoft and Nintendo conferences this year, and just so you know, the conference times in CST are as follows:

Microsoft: 10:30 AM – June 6th — Official StreamGamespot Stream
WWDC Keynote:  11:00 AM – June 6th  — Official SteamTWiT Live Stream
Sony:  6:00 PM – June 6th — Official StreamGamespot Stream
Nintendo: 10:00 AM – June 7th — Official StreamGamespot Stream

So, stay tuned for our coverage of the most wonderful time of the year for gamers and tech enthusiasts alike.

Server Upgrade – Pardon our Dust

Monday, May 16th, 2011

We’re upgrading our server currently, so the site may not work at 100% capacity for the next 6 hours or so.  When all is said and done, though, Game Usagi will perform like an even faster and more secure bunny.  There’s some nice things in the upgrade for us too including better stats tracking and automated backups.  So, if you’re having problems with the site today, worry not as all will be better very soon.
